Interactive workshop “Belgian Chocolates”
The visit will be started with a short introduction about the origin and the history of cocoa and chocolate, accompanied by a demonstration of pralines production. The demonstration is in a way interactive and of course gustatory.
After that, the participants will have the opportunity to make their own type of chocolate ! Liquid chocolate, casting-moulds, stuffing, packing…. Participants are able to take home the results of their work !
Where ? Brussels City Centre, next to the Central Station.
